STRATEGIC DESIGN BASED ON TOURISM SYSTEM
The dispersed locations of the designated sites presents different qualities of Keziliao. On the other hand, the fragments of open space can be integrated into a system that gives the space structure to the city.
The strategic methodology for planning is demonstrated here. The form- research on the city form. The system- analysis and smart solution. The zone- physical design project that enhances the whole concept. By means of the strategic proposal, the city can be transferred from traditional fishing village to a tourist town.
The strategy is not only restructure the city but also marketing the city. Hence, the attraction points can be extended from merely fishing market to seaside resort and wet land landscape.
