打水漂 / Stone skipping

打水漂是童年美好的回憶。石頭在水面上跳躍，激起一陣陣漣漪，連結了人與水岸的關係。本案以「打水漂」為概念，沿著基隆河岸塑造一系列的親水節點。

水岸空間不應只是防洪的封閉堤防，而應成為居民休閒與自然的交會點。我們透過木棧道與親水平台延伸至水面，讓訪客能近距離感受河流的脈動。
